Nobelparken's housing for visiting researchers consists of 30 flats of varying sizes, built in the year 2000. The flats are usually let to visiting researchers at Aarhus University.
The construction of Nobelparken began on 20 August 1997, and the project developer was Forskningsfondens Ejendomsselskab. The complex was designed by C.F. Møller Architects. The teaching and business parts of the complex consist of five-floor buildings of a total of 45,137 m2.
The flats are situated next to the Nobel Park and fully furnished with furniture, TV, bed linen, kitchen utensils etc.
